1. Use of the Application
ServiceLedger is provided for personal and business vehicle management purposes, including maintenance tracking, fuel tracking, mileage logging, reporting and analytics, and tax mileage assistance. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
2. No Professional Financial or Tax Advice
ServiceLedger may provide mileage calculations, fuel economy estimates, tax deduction estimates, and business-use summaries. These features are provided for informational purposes only.
ServiceLedger does not provide tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all records, calculations, and deductions with qualified professionals and applicable laws.
3. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you create within ServiceLedger. You are responsible for maintaining backups, securing exported files, and verifying data accuracy.
4. Local Data Storage
ServiceLedger is designed as an offline-first application. Most app data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features may require subscriptions, one-time purchases, or lifetime unlocks. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's billing policies. Prices and features may change over time.
6. Availability
We strive to keep ServiceLedger reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceLedger and its operators are not liable for lost data, lost profits, vehicle damage, maintenance decisions, tax filing outcomes, financial losses, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Backup Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. ServiceLedger is not responsible for lost local data caused by device failure, deletion, corruption, operating system issues, or user error.
9. Modifications to the Service
Features may be updated, modified, added, or removed at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access to the app if these Terms are violated.
11. Changes to These Terms
